1. Introduction
Welcome to Fun Activities Albufeira.
Fun Activities Albufeira is a trading brand owned and managed by Excel Activity Group, specialising in organising outdoor group activities throughout Albufeira and the Algarve.
By making a booking with Fun Activities Albufeira, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
2. Activities
We offer a wide range of activities for groups, including but not limited to:
- Bubble Football
- Football Shock
- Archery Tag
- Nerf Wars
- Football Darts
- Extreme Dodgeball
- Olympic Sports Day
- Olympic Shames
Activities are suitable for:
- Stag Do Groups
- Hen Parties
- Birthday Parties
- Corporate Events
- Team Building
- School Groups
- Friends & Family Groups
3. Participation Restrictions
For safety reasons, participants must not take part if they:
- Are pregnant.
- Have undergone surgery within the previous six months.
- Have suffered a serious injury within the previous six months.
- Have any medical condition that could make participation unsafe.
Participants take part at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate.
If you have any concerns regarding your health, please consult your doctor before booking.
4. Booking & Payment
To secure a booking, a 50% deposit of the total booking value is required.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the event date.
If a booking is made within 7 days of the event, full payment (100%) is required at the time of booking.
Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received and written confirmation has been sent by Fun Activities Albufeira.
Payments can be made by:
- Online payment
- Bank transfer
- Any other payment method approved by Fun Activities Albufeira
5. Cancellation Policy
The booking deposit is non-refundable.
If the client cancels the booking at any time, the deposit paid will not be refunded.
If the remaining balance has already been paid and the cancellation is made more than 14 days before the event, Fun Activities Albufeira may, at its sole discretion, refund the remaining balance (excluding the deposit).
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.
Date or time changes cannot be guaranteed and will always be subject to availability.
6. Changes by Fun Activities Albufeira
Fun Activities Albufeira reserves the right to modify, postpone or cancel any activity where circumstances beyond our reasonable control make it unsafe or impossible to operate.
These include, but are not limited to:
- Extreme weather
- Strong winds
- Heavy rain
- Flooding
- Fire
- Natural disasters
- Road closures
- Vehicle breakdown
- Staff illness
- Government restrictions
- Public emergencies
- Any situation affecting participant safety
Where possible, an alternative date or activity will be offered.
7. Client Responsibilities
Participants agree to:
- Follow all safety instructions.
- Respect event coordinators.
- Use all equipment correctly.
- Behave responsibly towards staff and other participants.
Fun Activities Albufeira reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is considered unsafe, abusive or inappropriate.
No refunds will be given in these circumstances.
Any damage caused intentionally or through negligence to equipment or venues will be charged to the client.
8. Alcohol & Drugs
For health and safety reasons, participants must not take part while under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs.
Our event coordinators reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone they believe is intoxicated.
No refunds will be issued.
9. Liability
All activities involve physical exercise and therefore carry an inherent risk of injury.
By participating, clients acknowledge and accept these risks.
Fun Activities Albufeira and Excel Activity Group shall not be liable for:
- Personal injury resulting from normal participation.
- Loss or damage to personal belongings.
- Injuries resulting from failure to follow safety instructions.
- Injuries caused by another participant.
Participants take part entirely at their own risk.
10. Equipment
All equipment remains the property of Fun Activities Albufeira.
Participants must use equipment responsibly.
Any equipment deliberately damaged, lost or misused may be charged at its replacement value.
11. Photography & Video
During activities, photographs and videos may be taken.
By participating, you grant Fun Activities Albufeira and Excel Activity Group permission to use these images for:
- Marketing
- Social media
- Website content
- Advertising
- Promotional material
If you do not wish to appear in photographs or videos, please inform a member of staff before the activity begins.
12. Data Protection
Fun Activities Albufeira is committed to protecting your personal information.
Your personal data will only be used for:
- Processing bookings
- Customer support
- Legal obligations
- Marketing communications (where consent has been provided)
We never sell customer information to third parties.
13. Force Majeure
Fun Activities Albufeira shall not be liable for cancellations, delays or changes resulting from events beyond our reasonable control.
These include, but are not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Severe weather
- Government restrictions
- Pandemics
- Terrorism
- War
- Industrial action
- Utility failures
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws applicable to the operation of Fun Activities Albufeira.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
15. Changes to these Terms
Fun Activities Albufeira reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The latest version will always be available on this website.
16. Late Arrivals
Groups arriving late may have their activity time reduced without any refund, as subsequent bookings may be affected.
17. Group Size Changes
Final participant numbers must be confirmed at least 7 days before the event. Reductions in group size after this point may still be charged in full, while additional participants are subject to availability.
